1. Product was interesting 2. pay/benefits was solid 3. Generally easy going work environment

1. Less an engineering role than a glorified construction worker/technician 2. Many of the senior engineers weren't particularly interested in training me on the product 3. Far more travel was involved then was told to me during interview process 4. I did not like my direct manager at all, though in fairness many of the other managers at the company seemed like they were much better

Good for beginners, diverse projects and tasks.

Chaotic information flow, unreliable future, understaffed, continous changing staff, frequent employee leaving or firing, outsourced engineering tasks-impossible to trace them, non-compensated overtime requirements. No benefits, not even the interview travel cost refund, management always blaming the engineering.
