This job is like all other pyramid schemes. You get moved around and forced to stay outside all day long and do way more hours than the schedule permits. There's no actual direction or mission in this company and the higher ups only care about themselves. No real training, they just hire whoever and keep who does well and sends off anyone who might be slowly developing. Basically if you don't make them money you'll be unemployed within a few weeks.
