      Extremely skewed when it comes to India. No enablement of the teams in India and all decisions are driven from HQ. Visibility is only for HQ teams no matter what India does. this is a known story which even the leadership acknowledges.

      Dell culture from 20 years ago does not work in todays world. Managers are all the same or were hired because they won't question the higher ups poor culture practices.
