KH - Recensione dipendente - Credit Administrator presso Nutrien

In my immediate department it varies from one extreme to the other. I would have to say concerning management (persons who are not my immediate supervisor) are helpful and professional. Some of my coworkers and supervisors are extremely hostile and rude. One supervisor will not acknowledge me when I speak to her outside of our department. It's as a simple good morning, or how are you doing. She simply does not respond to my question. Some of my team members are treated much more favorably than myself by our supervisor. You're either in the group or you are out and I am not part of the group. I think bad behavior and laziness is openly ignored. I have started to look for other job opportunities within the company as I would love to stay employed by Nutrien, but not in this department. If I unable to find another suitable position within the company I have decided to start looking back into my old career field of oil and gas.
