Starting in 2020, changes to our Retirement Program will enhance provisions for retail employees. We have also started to look more closely at base pay this year to see where changes might be required. Nutrien recognizes the need to fully understand and respond to what is happening within local markets. We also agree that our retail employees work especially hard during busy seasons, and that this hard work should be celebrated.
