      It's common for your role to change almost every month but when you ask if your job title has changed the CEO will insist that nothing has changed in your role. The social media team has it the worst. No idea will be good enough unless it is hers. Be prepared to be paid late due to payroll constantly not being submitted on time. Also you are expected to work most holidays. If you are good at your job you will never know because complements are rarely given, only complaints. Company claims to be ethical but unethical practices occur on the daily.

      The environment was fun , open and you did have somewhat room to grow in the company.

      There are none . Refused pay without any notice and Denied PTO. The so-called benefits will be pending for months

      You’re not allowed to ask questions. You’re supposed to know answers to things you were not trained on . Don’t try to correct her on shipping even though it is wrong because she believes she is always right there will be multiple delays. Your job duties will change overtime and she will gaslight you into thinking you were already supposed to know how to do these things. Except one person has been fired.
