      A few pros was the schedule was always flexible, customers were a pleasure and that my supervisors were helpful.

      Some cons are that the CEO Joe Eckstrom double dips into his franchises. Joe requires his franchises to buy a certain amount of his product such as Next Level Nutrition, Black Dragon Labs, or the house brand NutritionZone each month.
