The company culture, benefits, and people were fantastic.

There weren't many cons while working at Nuxeo. It was really a great company to work for.

People here makes Nuxeo great- everyone is super talented, flexible and knowledgeable in this space. While we are all busy, we are supportive and while many are remote, it’s still easy to build relationship with each other. Especially in Professional Services, the upper management truly cares about the teams well-being, not just from professional perspective but at the personal level as well. Your hard work will be acknowledged. Oh, and pay is great! I’m awed every time I’m at on-site and my team is running the show. I’m so proud to be working with them.

The upper levels are very busy running projects as well given the short staffing but Nuxeo is actively hiring so I’m glad to see that. While being flexible is great, there are some needs to streamline and unify the process. Onboarding can be better- from material and access perspective. I’m not sure about advancement opportunities here for majority of the roles.
