You have opportunities to grow within your team or move to a new area that suits your strengths more. Senior management will do everything they can to make sure you are progressing and developing your skill set

If you are not used to working in a technology company the lingo can get confusing, you will learn fast.

Nvolve is a great company to work for, the team are nothing but helpful and respectful to eachother. There is a very positive atmosphere in the company and you are given opportunities and freedom to voice ideas, work on different projects etc. while working towards the overall goal of the company.

I cannot see any negative aspects to the company.
