If you plan on working here I suggest you to give up on that idea unless you like to be humiliated by the CEO every single meeting and every single opportunity. Yes, that’s what happens. Meetings with the CEO are mainly to feed his ego; he talks for hours, he doesn’t even let people finish or even begin when he asks something, he enjoys these moments to step on his employees as much as he can and make them feel as little as an ant. I feel ashamed and sad to see how little respect he has for his employees, specially the managers and engineers. Also, safety here is a joke. There is no safety at all. Not adequate PPE (cause it apparently costs too much for the company), procedures are not followed and management doesn’t really care, they are too busy just worry about money. PS: the good reviews here are probably fake ones, they were all posted at the same day (05/20/19) and also there are some positions that people put that don’t even exist in there.
