The company sponsors H1b. But I agree with the previous reviewer, there is an abuse of immigration law. Low pay for the foreign advanced degree holder and high working pressure.

Terrible management in this company. The boss has poor leadership and poor professional knowledge.

-Great location. -Loyal employees. -Good Support Staff and Technicians.

-Management verbally and emotionally abuses employees. Mistreatment of employees lawsuit worthy. -Lack of knowledgeable supervisors in the transportation engineering field. -Company has poor benefits package. Underpays and undervalues employees. -Essential transportation engineering software unavailable or there are a lack of subscriptions. -Transportation planning practices unethical. -High turnover rate due to employee dissatisfaction and frequent lay-offs. -Underbids for projects and does not compensate employees for overtime to meet the bottom line.
