Management were awful, felt bullied my whole time there and COVID made it worse Upper management seemed like they’d never sold a phone in their life, let alone everything else expected of sales advisors Unrealistic expectations/KPIs for the sales team while management sat in the office all day, despite needing their assistance on the shop floor No chance of a promotion even if you’re the best sales advisor in the store, they’d rather hire externally
