Culture is terrible in Singapore , people from different departments have no basic work ethics and respect for other teams or some even do not have the courtesy to respond and redirect for system issues, they just expect you to find the answers by keeping silent. On top of this, some of them are extremely rude and sarcastic like you owe them a living. Apart from the manager and very few colleagues(REALLY RARE so it's not worth to be part of this place), the company is quite the disaster so save yourself.
