Bug database is terrible for QA. No integration with the platform under test. Designed as a work item tracker, not a defect tracker. Burdensome and complicated processes hide critical information from QA and load QA with work that has nothing directly to do with improving quality. Incredibly short release cycles add a ton of overhead. You will work twice as hard to get half as much done when it comes to actually testing the software.
