Great company - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Manager presso OES Asset Integrity Management

I have been working with OES for almost six years now. I started early in 2013 and had no experience of offshore life. I successfully completed relevant courses to enable me to apply for a job with OES. and within a few weeks of my application i got a start in Singapore. OES opened the door for a whole new career and i quickly learned rig life was going to be for me. My rotation was 6 weeks on and 3 weeks off salary based so regardless of being on leave or at work, my salary was always guaranteed. I quickly progressed and salary increased along with my knowledge. Technical and operational support was always to hand regardless of the time. The OES offices had 24 duty phones for any difficulties i needed addressing whilst in the field. I have seen more of the world in the last 6 years than i every thought i would and meeting different cultures has been a very interesting for me personally. The company has always had my best interests in their thoughts and any issues i have ever have are always addressed in a timely manner. HR, Operations and Technical departments have never failed in making my time at OES an enjoyable one, now and in the years to come. A pleasure to be treated as a human being.

Occasionally hitches will extend and leave maybe cut short however the option of working over is welcomed by an overtime rate. We have to respect we are in the oil and gas industry and this is a 24hour operation. Expenses are paid at the end of every calendar month, this can be a problem if you are waiting on standby in an office for a few days waiting to mobilize and have no funds. However i am sure a mob advance would be issued in these circumstances.

There is none run as fast as you can.

Lowest pay most worked you will have no life and no money.
