Toxic positivity from some, straight up hostile behavior from others. Absolutely clueless C-suite, with poorly planned and impossible goals Surviving on a niche, dated milsim in a market without much competition, and still not able to listen customers. Failing terribly at creating new, successful games due to irrational decision-making and poor prioritization from management. Management filled with people failing upward.
