No WFH Some teams OT a lot and I mean A LOT Office literally got no space and no desk for new hires Still no WFH policy despite no space, people sitting in random places in office just to work lol Only can promote upon amazing performance Pay increase ONLY on promotion My team has low manpower & increased workload, & then I get laid off lol High attrition rate, seems like people come and go VERY often, willingly or unwillingly Almost no role transfers ever
