Management is extremely toxic, with HR actively posting their own Glassdoor posts. If you really want to know the company, go on Linkedin and reach out to those who've left and ask why. Let's face it, you're in OK just for the salary, if you could, you would go to a hedge fund. There is no work life balance, the management extremely toxic, people get publicly berated or shamed in meetings, business decisions questionable. 20% layoffs twice a year, how does this not make the papers? Good people leave as they can, mediocre people who suck up stay. Do not consider joining this toxic company.
