Competitive pay and great benefits (lunch and dinner allowance). There are good teams to work for depending on your manager but they has limited power given the bureaucratic nature of this company.

The company attracts talented people using competitive pay, but that quality doesn't carry through to executive leadership. For example, P8 (VP) level directors treats chat groups as their personal chatgpt, asking dumb questions that a employee of their level should not be asking. Additionally, many company level decisions are short-sighted and demonstrates a genuine lack of respect for their employees. Unclear incentive structures results in extremely low morale among low/middle level employees. As much as the company/HR says that performance reviews and promotion criteria depend on "basic principles", none of these are quantifiable which results in well-deserving employees being denied promotions and bonuses due to internal politics. This results in a talent exodus which has left a leadership layer that reflects who was willing to stay, not who was most capable.
