The company does not care much about its employees. OKX ceased its operations in Ireland, put all employees under layoff, and did not offer any additional salary to us despite the market scenario. Meanwhile, the company spent thousands of euros on awarding employees around the world with expensive devices such as MacBooks and iPads, without a specific reason just to promote the company. In addition, some employees were promised a list of benefits in their job offers, such as reimbursement for work from home, but some of us have not received payment for it.
