1. GBS direction is clear and understand how it aligned to company overall direction. Regular townhall helps! 2. GBS Culture - culture in Malaysia is great. Never had such in past companies I've been. Engaged and motivated environment. 3. Colleagues - very helpful and cover each other 4. Management - supportive and encouraging yet rightfully challenged. Fair too. 5. Location - based in TRX as one of iconic building in Malaysia. Proud to be. 6. Work/scope - Challenging enough and clear goals given. Clear OKR & KPI. 7. Values - great values: we before me, get things done, do the right thing

1. Benefit - best to include optical as we see computer so much. Or make it a flexible benefits for employees to choose. 2. Environment - Aircon tooooo cold. It's quite new building, not enough choice of food. 3. No so cooperative from other department - other departments are not very supportive and sometimes they may throw anger on you. Need to have high EQ to work with them.
