      I recently joined this Fintech, and although this is my first Fintech role, i've been in the Finance industry for over 20 years, and I've been pleasantly surprised by the company's focus on its people. A simple 'we before me' is demonstrated at various levels and this creates an innovative and yet respectable environment. A GREAT COMPANY!
