Join the company if you enjoy: - Favouritism: Those who come from a Chinese background are given excessive leeway to perform poorly, and will not be reprimanded for poor performance or playing workplace politics. This is a FACT, not an opinion. - Politics: By far the most toxic politics I have witnessed in my career. Ask any current or former employees - Blame culture: Everything you do matters, and you will be held responsible at one point in time in the company. They investigate anything and everything. Watch your back!!!
