      The team itself is so diverse whereby it is so fun to work with. The culture in the office is somehow fun and not too strict. In terms of scope of work, there are times where you need to do additional stuff but it does not go beyond your jobscope. There are so much to learn and the potential to improve is there. Working style I would say it's balanced as there are times you are free and vice versa. Leadership that had been shown by the TLs and management is superb. My onboarding experience is amazing as I felt very welcomed by the team and peers.
