      Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. To clarify, there is no set rule that 10% must get dismissed. Furthermore, there are regular OKR sessions and we encourage 1:1s with managers so that the employee gets feedback on performance throughout the year. Thank you again for sharing your feedback!
