Although groups have some specialization, everyone over time will work on a variety of projects, including hospitality, retail, multifamily, senior living, corporate office, and country club. The people are down to earth, fun, and have a knack for getting to know each other. Office culture is engaging or laid-back, depending on what you want out of the office. Leadership is engaged and takes professional development and mentorship to heart.

The pandemic has made social gatherings challenging, which isn't limited to just this company.

Very cliquey office, they preach culture but it is a front. Partners are not welcoming or engaging. Questions are not encouraged. High turnover rate.
