The CEO has an interesting history of building startups. Very creative, amazing boss and genius material but not great at hiring. The rest of team needed work as they were not in the same wavelength. If the CEO was not emotional about his other useless staff then this would be a billion dollar company. It was frustrating to get things done after a while. Stayed for 2 years just for the energy, drive and intelligence of CEO.

A lot of times work extended past shift timings; depending upon the nature of tasks you could carry home work to get done.
