Great work environment. Looks after their employees.

Pay increases is based on client...which can be bad or good depending on budget.

Good peers to work with, and I appreciated the flexibility of working remotely. My investment team was supportive and allowed autonomy without micromanagement.

The team structure felt siloed, limiting opportunities for growth and collaboration. My teammates and I were part of a larger layoff, and the process felt abrupt. Although I understand layoffs are often handled without advance notice, the experience felt inconsistent with reassurances made during a company meeting a few months prior that jobs were secure.
