      Current focus and management is the best its been in the time I've been at the company. Lots of talking to customers, spending time investing in trying things out with the acknowledgement that it might not succeed. The team is full of smart friendly people, low ego, basically zero politics. As an engineer interested in understanding customer problems and then being creative with coming up with solutions its a great place to be

      The company has been through a lot over the years from softbank funding to now. We're still spread over 3 continents which is tough for the collaboration that's so important to get good ideas going (and bad ideas dropped) Success is far from guaranteed - still looking for a product with really obvious value
