great co-worker we were like family. fun learning about the product and all device from other companies and to make them work with the onkyo products.

they do not value the tech support team. you are hired as a temp and never made perm. there is no opportunity to advance.

co worker were awesome, very cool group of people. if your into audio this is for you.

training was bad ( Assistant manager loves to hear himself talk ), if you never worked in audio this is not for you. you learn more from co workers than upper management. all day you are answering calls on ONKYO, PIONEER, & INTEGRA PRODUCTS. half of your calls will be dealing with angry customers & home audio installers who have 26 yrs of exp. doing installations whom are experts yet need you to help them & with the assistant manger listening in on your calls - in close quarters makes your hellish day - fun . Also - its temp only with no hope of perm.
