Nothing that i can think off.

As staff augmentation agencies go, they were very easy to deal with, no hassles, very accommodating with everything from a seamless on-boarding process, to compensation/schedule/travel accommodations, reimbursement, etc. I would be have to contract through this organization again.

No cons....any issues I had were directly with the client. OpenMind were a pleasure to deal with.
