Joining the Acadomi, Optomi's training program for recent graduates and aspiring sales/recruiting professionals, was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Fresh out of college, I was nervous about leaving my hometown and college town, but the Acadomi was such an AMAZING experience. The people I met here have become some of my closest friends and greatest supporters!! Our mentors, Christopher, Abby, and Brandon, pushed us to be our best selves and believed in our ability to achieve anything we set our minds to. The entire office was incredibly supportive as well, and its obvious that they all want to see you excel! To be honest, I learned more at the Acadomi than I did in college and it was so rewarding! I came in to the Acadomi not knowing anyone which was so nerve wracking, but formed so many relationships that i know will last a life time. If you’re a competitive person aiming to achieve at a high level, the Acadomi is for you!!! Couldn't recommend more
