Higher pay overshadowed by serious favoritism issues - Recensione dipendente - Machine Operator presso OPmobility

There is something very seriously wrong with the place. While favoritism is everywhere, I believe it to be a serious problem in this workplace. Management is playing favorites with one individual who has a criminal history and pending drug charges. This person has emotional issues and gets into a conflict with a lot of people. Why he is still there is anybody's guess. My guess is that he supplies someone within management.
