If you want to be successful, you will need to read minds. *The firm has no real direction or plan for the future. The message from the summer meeting was to be ready for change because if you don't change you will be Blockbuster instead of Netflix. There was no direction. No plan for future. No comments on what they want to change or evolve into. It was just meaningless corporate speak.
