No guarantee of regular bookings or value for your service. You will just be another number to them under their new system of whoever signs the contract first gets the booking, making it a race, and someone will already have signed it by the time you log in. Not worth the frustration. When I started under the original branch company, I felt seen, valued and received regular bookings. The assignment manager was personable and always there to help. Since being absorbed into Orion, there has been a drastic change and they have overhired perhaps hundreds of videographers, many of whom might never get booked. Despite my reputation of having shot hundreds of weddings with them and helped their company to grow, I now receive nothing, having just become a cog in the corporate machine, and any booking coming down to who is quicker on the draw. Terrible management and an uncertain future with them.
