      Non-Tech : OSI sports culture, Nice infra, Cafeteria, free snacks, subsidy lunch, free night meals, annual parties, work-life-balance is awesome, I dont see any politics so far, parking area, location Technical : Trainings, cloud accounts to practice, updated technologies(started from last 2 years), Client driven projects are awesome, you can choose your business unit like Dev, QA, DevOps, DB admin, Infra operations,...etc(If you are open to learn and brave enough to talk to higher level management)

      1. hikes were very pooooooooor 2. Annual awards(it depends on PD's project strategies) 3. Pathetic project management(applicable to only internal projects, client driven projects were good)
