The entire airline is run like a giant ponzi scheme. We were regularly treated to Their company credit card being declined and leaving crews to fend for themselves. Or . The soul crushing, backstabbing, gossipy ways of their incompetent leadership, especially inflight management at LAX, destroyed morale and caused a mass exodus of some of the greatest professionals in the industry.
When you have a turnover rate higher than 80% in two years, it’s not the employees that are the issue; it’s the Company.
Shameful, subpar safety standards, exploiting their workforce. The list goes in and on and on.
