Money was good, benefits were okay...Guardian dental which is a plus. OTG in EWR is trying to figure it out but has not done it yet...still need to work on defining the roles of VPs, Directors, OPS, GMs, HR, and management team.

I will say I believe they are trying to make it better BUT the growing pains are real for operators -Long hours are tough for work/life balance. -OTG isn't a sole proprietorship anymore, the few you promote can't be through favoritism. Its a huge company don't let the VPs in NY make all of the promotion decisions when they aren't running the terminal day to day. Promoting on looks and who you like rather than merit and hard work is frowned upon too by co workers, yes we all know you do this... -Take genuine care in your Managers and GM's instead of externally hiring everyone, promote from within it will keep people happier. I worked there for years, was respected by coworkers and subordinates in the terminal and had no appreciation to show for it from Directors and Vice Presidents.
