DON’T ACCEPT THE SALARY! HOURLY ONLY! Salaried employees forced to work 75-85 hours a week! Hourly employees hours are tracked so you don’t end up working 12-18 hour shifts like salaried employees. 30 Day hiring process without any training Management is too young and inexperienced to successfully grow, mold, motivate employees which is why the retain rate is abysmal. You are 1 crab in a bucket full of crabs all trying to get out but in order to do so they all push each other down to try to get to the top and out of the bucket but none of them ever successfully do. Lot of politics amongst each department. Tremendous lack of communication. High level employees jumping ship left and right.
