Only to appease regulations √Management may schedule you to work with 3 hours between shifts (or less), then √Management will require you to correct your own schedule by finding replacements √Management will harass and attempt to intimidate including profanity as a matter of unwritten "policy" √Most (enough) management is in the low to mid 20's. The problem is it's carpeted and food gets stuck in between the tables and the seat posts. the staff break area is a real compost bin as staff hardly cares and leaves all manner of food scraps and trash on the carpet. Besides being an ideal breeding ground for all manner of pests, management incapacity ensures this is never addressed properly or even close to seriously √Management is selected based on compliance, not skill √The POS system is much more of a liability than it is an asset knowing there are better
