It was fun and enjoyable working most of the colleagues till all of them left.

No proper procedure. Company have no direction at all. CEo spend all the company money on IPO, end up it was not successful. Owe employees 1 year of CPF, 2 - 5 months of salary. Heard some employees was owe up to 9 months of salary. Till now I had quit for more than 3 months, I still did not get back the salary that company had owe me. Company now do not have manpower. There is no R&D, sales, commercial, project, production team. Currently running with just HR, Finance and CTO. Customer unable to get their product as there is no manpower and money to buy parts. Everyday the employees get calls from suppliers because company do not pay supplier money. Finance also do not want to deal with supplier on this matter. Think twice before joining this company. If you like to fight fire and put in frontline and deal with customers and suppliers for the things you do not even know feel free to join this company.

Used to have good engineers till everybody left due to breach of employment act

Upper managements is very comfortable with breaching of employment act by not paying salary/CPF/Claims for as long as 5 months. CFO is not responsible or accountable to anything related to Finance

-company has no money to pay salary but refuse to lay off staff -owe staff salary for 6 months+ and expect staff to continue working -scrappy startup culture with demanding and opinionated CEO
