Their pay went up some, but not enough.

They took away some of the employee PTO and gave it to doctors/administration . Literally they sent out the plan on how this was to happen with a chart that showed where the PTO was going. The staff is overworked and not payed well enough for their services not to mention they changed their health insurance to where it's difficult to go to a doctor outside of OU.
