The addition of the newest CHRO at OUH has proven that this organization is only interested in profits and will eliminate good employees to save a few bucks. They have begun knit-picking for any mistakes that could justify termination, it’s very easy to be written up, and subsequently fired from OU Health. Policy will change at the drop of a hat but you’ll be expected to be an expert in an instant, then be punished as you adjust. This organization does not care about employees unless they are physicians or nurses, nor will they pay you a living wage.

There is a strong preference for recognizing equivalent experience or certifications in lieu of formal degrees to promote internal mobility and retain talent.
