Supervisors are very flexible and approachable

Work on weekends is not always the best schedule for those who have a family

You do have some fun experiences You do get some perks and it’s not bad working weird hours, you meet a lot of people

The management is terrible, depending on your position, they can be overbearing and feel like they’re breathing down your neck. You also don’t get to really share your thoughts and ideas and it can get thrown out because they are very stuck to the script. There’s a reason you don’t see a lot of people on weekdays or when the park isn’t open.
