I have never written a Glass Door review for a company until now. This company is so terrible I feel a moral responsibility to share with prospective job seekers. The company is profoundly broken on nearly every level. The CEO is extremely immature and out of touch. The president is lacking in leadership skills and tends to be way out of depth at almost every turn. The benefits are subpar compared to every technology company in Austin. I have seen entire teams of ultra-experienced folks burn out in >6 months, and it happens over and over again. I didn't think companies existed like this anymore. BEWARE! Seriously, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
