they don't seem to have coordination between hub and HQ , they hire for same position from both ends and then fire one of the guys giving ridiculous reasons, I was fired without even letting me work, no targets, no area assigned just plain fired after 1 month only reason given was thay qualification criteria for the position has been changed and now your qualifications doesn't match, i mean how ridiculous is that, and to my surprise they hired for the same position same region with same qualification as mine again, but didn't call me back, when i asked they said management has changed qualification criteria again
