No job security. OYO doesn't hire full time employee, they tell you that you are full time but will have a life of 3 or 6 months at most. They want referrals from the hired. HR can put your papers from your back as he/she has access to the portal. NOTE: Be wary of HR at Delhi hub. Politics at hub level . Reckon issue with the hotels. You might be hired for generating demand but your work also includes operation, billing, escalation handling, invoicing. The upper management doesn't know what the management at Hub level is doing or if they do know they might just be fooling the investors for showing their investment plan. If you point the improvement areas you might get fired, so don't think just try deliver the number with the available messed up properties.
