Impractical targets, approach and vision. Sales team gets bashed left right and center inspite of the efforts they put in. If your sales nos are good enough u ll be appreciated. If the sales nos goes down irrespective of any reason (even if the company's reputation has gone down and people dont trust OYO currently) you ll be asked to leave or tortured. All your hardwork that you have done in growing the accounts will go in vain
