Decent base pay with earning potential. Good initial product and sales training. Good experience working with local business owners. Lots of opportunity for negotiation (Pro and Con). 100% field based job with decent expense reimbursement.

Svantaggi

Long sales cycle. Low close rates. High rate of change with product, services, contracts, etc. Lots of negotiation with owners on contracts and terms. Limited career advancement opportunities. Overall it is an extremely challenging sales job where you will be asking owners to switch their current ownership model to OYO's model that it new in the US market and still in the process of achieving profitability.
