I have nothing positive to say about OYO. If you work for them in the UK, start looking for a new job because they WILL make you redundant.

This business will lie through their teeth, if you can even get them to speak to you. If they do something that hinders your day-to-day work, they will not respond to requests for help. They will put you through an awful redundancy process in a way that is not quite legal, but enough so they don't get in trouble. They also actively don't follow Consumer Rights Legislations. I cannot emphasize enough to NEVER work for an OYO business or subsidiary.
